Ballroom Rental:
Public Event - $325 (open to all GPSCY Members and their guests)
Private Event - $400 (self-enforced)
Private Event - $450 (GPSCY door person at the door)
Thank you for your interest in using the pub. The areas that are generally available to rent during the night are the ballroom and the lounge. the ballroom is designed to accommodate large crowds - 200 comfortably - while the lounge is better for smaller crowds - less than 40. they both come with audio capabilities: the lounge also has video capability including a 37'" plasma display. Both rooms come with a cash bar and bartender for the evening (8-1 M-Th; 8-2 F, Sa).

$50 - (Mon - Wed, Fri and Sat)
$150 - Thurs
We also have a number of options for pre-purchasing alcohol:
Open Bar
$5.50/person/hour - beer, wine, and well drinks
$6.50/person/hour - beer, wine, well, and call drinks
$8.00/person/hour - everything including premium alcohol
Pre-Purchased Cases
Miller Hi-Life - $30 (24 bottles)
Pabst, Budweiser - $40 (24 bottles)
Amstel Light, Corona, Sierra Nevada, Negra Modella, Red Stripe - $50 (24 bottles)
House Red or White Wine - $80 (6 x 1.5 liters)
With advanced notice we are also able to quote you prices for any alcohol not listed above that is carried by our distributors.
Also please note that a 20% gratuity is assessed to all pre-purchased and open bar options.
Payment may be done in the form of cash or check payable to "GPSCY Bar". Unless working through a Yale University school or department, payment is due at the beginning of the party.
